This site is a brand and catalogue site. Purchases are completed on our web store at shop.aurabedding.com, operated on Shopify, which handles order, account and payment data under its own privacy terms presented at checkout.
2. What we process, why, and on what legal basis
- Contact messages — if you write to us via the contact form (name, email address, topic and message) or by email. Purpose: answering your enquiry and providing support. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form; and our legitimate interest in following up on business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical log data — our hosting provider keeps short-lived, security-oriented request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent). Purpose: keeping the site secure, reliable and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal data. See the Cookie Policy for details on the (absence of) cookies here.
3. Recipients and processors
Contact-form messages are delivered to our mailbox via Web3Forms (form relay service). The site is served by our hosting/CDN provider. Product photography may load from Shopify’s content delivery network. Each provider processes only what is technically necessary to perform its service, under its own data-processing terms. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
4. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for a contractual or legal claim. Hosting logs are retained by the provider for a short rolling window.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to contact@huntoll.hu — we respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11., naih.hu — or with the authority of your EU member state of residence.
